Hi. Quick update, the last few days have been really rough; yesterday especially. However I did manage to finish the scene construction on RTL chapter six. Hopefully I can finish the final renders and do the postwork in the next few days. I also do think that this will have to be this month’s main image set; there is just no way I could do another one this month with all the other crap I have to do. (As well as the significant pain that I am still in.) These things happen when horrific real life problems occur, it just can’t be helped. Anyway, keep voting in the polls and check back toward the end of this week when I will post previews for RTL chapter six if all goes semi-well at least.

EDIT 8/14: So things have been fairly bad the last two days, but are going better today. Unfortunately I need basically an entire day to finish the final renders, (not to mention do the postwork, which takes some additional hours)  which I still can’t do quite yet. If things continue to improve, I may be able to do it over this coming weekend, we will see. The hard part is done, I just have the time consuming parts left to do which is unfortunately very hard on me right now. In other news, the polls are still going, one is rather definitive so far, but the other is actually very close right now; so make sure to vote in the second poll over there.

As far as the general schedule goes after I finish chapter six, I will then do the Patreon mini-set for the month as well as finish that Patreon scene preview for the game that I am working on. I also hope to do some small images for DA, but I will see how that goes when/if I have time. I also will post more info on what I plan to do next month on Patreon sometime this month as well, I will probably not post anything publicly here until next month. Things have been an absolute nightmare for me this last month or so, but the main problem has cleared up; (I hope) and I am just dealing with some smaller side issues that the main problem caused right now.

Hi again. I am doing somewhat better, but still unable to sit/focus for long enough to make major progress on this next chapter. (I am making minor progress.) I hope to get it done in the next week or two, but that just depends on how long this lasts. Whenever I do get it done, I will send it out to the appropriate, processed Patreon patrons then instead of waiting until the end/start of the month. (Only because of this whole weird situation; this will not be a normal thing.) There is also the free release of RTL chapter three next week, so check back for that.

On the somewhat positive side, all this time stuck doing nothing has given me plenty of time to think over general plans for this project, (I have the next few sets planned out in fair detail already…) as well as a great many things that I plan to do next month. (September, not August.) As for why I plan to do things next month; technically speaking it will have been a year since I started working on this project then, so I was thinking that some sort of celebratory thing will be in order. I have a few things planned, some small and some large; one of which will involve the Patreon only set for that month (I consider this a large thing), the rest I won’t spoil now. I will likely share most of my plans with my patrons sometime this month in a small post on Patreon. Hey. I have had some real life things to work out the last few days but these things should be over sometime tomorrow. Once this is done I will make the next Patreon mini-set as well as hopefully a few new DA images. The special poll is going great so far, but more votes is always good. There is still time for everything to change, so spread the word and vote if you haven’t already!

Side note: since my deviantart account has brought in a lot of views and attention, I am trying to get my hentai foundry account working again, but am having no end of issues. I tried to make a HF account seven months ago to help promote my work; but at the time nothing I submitted was accepted, so I just deleted the account thinking I could remake it if things ever changed. (You can view everything on HF without an account, so there was no real reason to keep it.) Back then I could only trace them rejecting my stuff to an issue they seemed to have with 3d art at the time and some strange clauses in their acceptance guidelines specifically rejecting 3d art submissions that used premade content for no real reason. Since then, I have talked to a couple people who assure me that HF would work for me now and I can no longer find that clause in the guidelines; so I would like to try and use hentai foundry again but apparently I can’t.

For some reason, “deleting” your account there doesn’t actually delete anything; apparently it just locks the account and name forever. If I had know that, I never would have deleted it in the first place; I would have just sat on it and left it inactive. As far as I recall, I have never seen a site do this before; especially without any sort of account recovery system to undo it. HF allegedly has recovery systems but none of them seem to work in this instance. I have sent multiple emails to the “support” email address they have listed, since there isn’t much else I can do right now without an account; but it has been over a month and I have received no response of any kind. If anybody knows somebody who is an admin or something over on HF, can you please ask them to contact me, or ask what I can do to get my account back, or just tell them to check the support email? I realize that it is entirely possible that they got my email(s) and just don’t give a shit, but I am hoping  that is not the case.

Hi. I just thought I’d stop by and leave a quick update regarding my progress in the latest set. There were a bunch of weird weather problems here yesterday and multiple brown-outs prevented me from making much progress. I got much more done today, but final construction still has a day or so of work to do. The set looks like it will be finished sometime over the weekend, if I don’t go overboard again somehow.

Votes in the polls are still rather low which is weird, it would be nice if those could get some more votes before the start of next month. The poll results usually have at least some direct effect on future sets; so if you want to see more of something, votes really help that happen.

EDIT 6/26: I ended up putting more into these scenes than I initially intended again, it may be done over the weekend but will likely run into Monday/Tuesday. So after I wrote that, something went horribly wrong with the poser scene file and most of the scene got fucked up. I had to spend an hour or so trying to fix everything, and there is just no way anything else is getting done today. I would think this will definitely go into Monday now at least due to lost progress and having to fix everything.

UPDATE 6/28: Main scene construction is done, I just have to do the final renders/postwork now. I have made some extra time to make sure it gets done by the end of the month if at all possible, so it likely will be posted sometime Tuesday. This isn’t typical, but I had some awful real life issues on Fri/Sat to deal with and could make little progress, plus I lost much of the work I already did when all the figures in the scene got fucked up on Friday. Blame all the rigged tentacle figures that have hundreds of dials that can easily fuck up everything if just one gets auto-tweaked wrong. (Almost all of them had this happen on Friday.)

On the topic of polls, nobody has really voted in the new polls that have been up for a few days now; and I have no idea why. There were close to 100 votes in the last two sets of polls, and the results help me know what people want to see, so votes would really be nice. If nobody votes, I just have to guess what people prefer and why. If you like my work and want to see it contain more of what you like, votes help do that. As I mentioned earlier, this upcoming set in particular was changed due to one or possibly two recent poll results, so it can make a direct difference. The special poll on my DA page also has very low votes if anyone wants to vote in that one too.

Anyway, the Patreon early set preview will be up in the next few days, the public early preview will likely be up over the weekend. The set itself will likely be done late next week depending on whether or not I stick to the primary plan for the set or work in the secondary plan.

Hey. Just a quick update, I have had various real life things to take care of, but tomorrow I plan to construct the Patreon mini-set for this month. I hope to have that done by the weekend (or over the weekend) so I can start construction of the main set of the month next week. Hey. Quick status update, I ended up adding and redoing a bunch of crap that I shouldn’t have again. The set is about 30 images now, and I don’t think i will be able to finish all the composition/postwork today. I really like the set and don’t want to rush it out, so I am going to take an extra day or two to make it (hopefully) really nice. The final renders are all done; it’s just composition, postwork, and a bit of extra writing left to do at this point.

In other news, the current poll ends at the end of the month, so get in any last votes that may have been held back for whatever reason. The results for the poll are rather interesting, but I will discuss that early next month.

Hey again, just a quick update. I have finished base construction of the scene for part four of RTL. I have tested and run through everything in advance this time, so I am hoping there will be no horrific render issues later (0_0). The Patreon preview of the set will likely be up tomorrow (maybe today but I doubt it) and the public preview will be up here a few days after that. So check back here later this week for the preview of this upcoming set!
