Early 2021 Patreon changes, and that new special Helenya render!

Hi again everyone – I know this is a bit later than I was planning/hoping for… but I think the renders (I made a nude alternate, because why not) below will help justify that. 😀

First off, though – the Patreon changes; which are not major, but I am hoping that they will help a bit… especially as things improve for everyone in the coming year. I changed the two mid-high tiers on my Patreon to now focus on giving old mini-sets as an extra reward… with the option of getting a standard commission instead, for the second highest. All the tiers have been renamed as well – but that was also a long time coming. The main change that I hope will go a long way is that I have put in a special, fallback extra to the $8 tier (and only that tier); which will be available any month where I do not post a new story set, or whatever to that tier… which has been the case for well over a year by this point. I know I really should have put this in sooner – but everything just went off the rails during this past year or so… and it sort of just got buried under everything else that I wanted/planned/tried to do. Plus, I honestly have been planning/trying to do the next story set for six months or so now; but I just never could find the time. That special, extra new fallback being that $8 Patrons can choose any one mini-set from the given selection to receive that month, as a bonus of sorts. (The current selection is my first 50 mini-sets… but that will likely expand over time; and/or have temporary exceptions/specials.) I think this is how things will be for a while, though… but there may be some minor edits in the coming months – there is no way to tell just yet.

For a bit of context as to why this special render (and the nude alternate) took a while – I chose to go ahead and do something that is as dangerous as it is boring… and yet very necessary; which is going over all the materials on my characters. The primary reason for this is my moving my runtime folder to a new drive, and that fucking up all of my previously saved Octane materials. The other part of it is a long and confusing story for people who don’t do 3D work, but effectively several (mostly minor) things on many of my characters have been improperly configured for a while now… (I have noticed several little things over the past year or so – and fixed them when it was a problem; but now I know what two things in particular tend to be causing it… and somehow it was just auto-configured wrong) and I have to edit their main character files to fix it. However, this runs the risk of something unintended/weird happening – and/or something getting corrupted. (I know that sounds silly, but I have actually had it happen twice now already – and I didn’t even go fiddling with the files at the time… it just happened on it’s own somehow; and the second time, I had to effectively remake the character to fix it… it was truly corrupted.)

As Helenya won the special poll for the first promo render of 2021, I did her first… after backing up her main files, of course. I think everything went quite well – and even though this took a fairly long time, it is simply necessary to finally go through everything – and make some minor adjustments too. Looking at the resulting renders after her corrections, I think it was worth it… but I admit part of this is me understanding advanced lighting a bit better than I used to years ago as well. So… things should be slightly different, and yet overall much better in upcoming renders – and that includes the xmas elf mini-set I am still working on. (Which will be a while still.) Those special renders are below, so check those out! I hope you all enjoy them. 😀

First post of 2021 – new polls, and results from last time.

Hey, hey. I am here with the first post of 2021 – and some cool new polls; as well as the results from last time! Last month, I had a special poll posted – the clear winner of which was Helenya, with five votes – somewhat surprisingly! (Usually Zayla wins, with Helenya and/or Salune close behind – but this was somewhat of a surprise.) Zayla came in second with three votes, and then Salune, with two – with most of the other characters tied for forth, getting one vote after that. So, I will make that new special render with Helenya sometime soon and post that for everyone – not sure exactly when yet. The other poll from last time asked about your art preferences, and unsurprisingly, most people prefer NSFW and/or explicit – which is also generally my preference as well, so that works out.

As for the new polls, one is the usual feedback poll about my latest short story from a couple month back – “Zayla’s Nightmare”; and the other asks if you think I should make a side render gallery here on the site, with most of my side renders from DA/slushe in it. Again, I consider these polls important, and votes would be greatly appreciated – as both will have considerable effects; so please vote in the polls on the right.

Other than that, I did post mini-set 72 to my gumroad page… that was the recent modern/cosplay mini-set one, for those who don’t know/remember; so if that interests you, it is now available to purchase separately. I am still also working out the Patreon changes I have planned – but that is also slightly complicated for assorted reasons… although I will work something out. I hope things will get/be better this year for my work… but we will see what happens. There are so many things I want to do, but I just don’t have the time/support/interest to actually do it all at the moment. Hopefully I will be able to restart work on the story sets soon though – as those have basically been on hold since I was first planning to make that sequel to SST… which also later got effectively put on hold for different, yet somewhat similar reasons. However, since I have nothing but my own opinion to go on, I think I will go ahead and try and do more story sets whenever I can. Primarily because working on games is far more draining/stressful, and I can’t even remember what i was doing with ZST now because it has been so long since I did anything of consequence for it in terms of coding. That, and I still have one big mess in particular to clean up whenever I seriously get back into game work… and I am not looking forward to that. I get almost no real feedback regarding my work regardless, so I will just do what I prefer right now. I may also try to do a new animation next month – if everything works out.

New December mini-set preview is here, and Happy New Year!

Hi again, I am back with one last post for 2020 – which contains the preview for the final mini-set from 2020! I know some of you were likely surprised/disappointed by the lack of any new Xmas renders this year containing Belle, my Xmas-themed OC… but there was a reason for that: she is starring in the mini-set this month! 😀 [EDIT: Second preview added!]

As for the setup/story for this one, here it is: in this new mini-set, Belle goes to meet one of her most senior Xmas elf sisters; a beautiful, curvy, mystical elf with blue skin and sexy tattoos named Luscious – who is one of the chief toy creators! (Who also happens to specialize in ‘toys‘ for adult females…) Belle got Xmas off last year, since she had two newborn daughters to care for – but she was back to work this year; and things were surprisingly… uneventful. Luscious was concerned that Belle had lost her motivation, and/or her taste for… ‘fun’ after giving birth and taking care of her babies at home for a year, so she invited Belle over to her magical garden bedroom (in a pocket dimension, generally only accessible to magical elves) to give Belle a belated Xmas gift of her own – a fun variety pack of new toys! The red-headed elf is overcome with happiness at receiving a gift of her own this year… even if it was a little late, and even if it is from another holiday elf – it still meant so much to her.

The elder Christmas elf’s overall plan was to use her extra curvy little sister to test out some new toy designs that she had made this season; so that they can see if they are worth mass producing and giving out to the good girls next Xmas – while also hopefully re-introducing the relatively new mother to pleasure. Belle’s newly enlarged, milk-filled tits and massive ass get thoroughly inspected, groped, and used by her elder sister while Luscious tests out her newest prototype toys on Belle… and gets a good taste of her milk while she has the chance! Several of the toys easily pass the quality test – and the needy elven mother is already looking forward to playing with her new toys later. Both of them have a great deal of fun that evening… more than either was expecting, and the voluptuous blue elf plans to seek the busty MILF elf’s ‘assistance‘ on future toy… ‘research‘. Better still, all the fun and love helps remind Belle about the true meaning/importance of Xmas – bringing joy to all those on her ‘nice’ list… by whatever means necessary; even if that means having more daughters so soon… or maybe even every year – if the stars align. 😀

The preview for that is below, and I hope you all enjoy it – the full mini-set will get finished in the next couple weeks, depending on all the assorted factors; but you can see what I plan to include in this mini-set by looking at the tags on this post… in case you can’t guess already. 🙂

Patreon rewards sent, extra preview posted, new mini-set preview soon.

Hey again. As you can probably guess from the title of this post, I just sent out main rewards to my Patreon patrons, and posted the second public preview for mini-set 74 (the Zayla/Nightmare Salune one) back in the original post for it, the short story page, and the master catalog up top! I also updated the catalog to include this newest mini-set, (the Faye/tentacles one) which came out to 50 images total – and I really like it. I didn’t get to put the final/end scene in this one, as is usually the case; but I think this is actually fine without it – it might even work better that way in this instance. Hard to say if this is the best tentacle mini-set I have done so far, as that kind of depends on your tastes to a degree… but if this is not the best one, then I think it is definitely in the top three, and was a lot of fun to do. As always, I have posted the second preview for that on my Patreon for my patrons to have early access to – and it will get posted here in a month or so.

In regard to other stuff, the polls on the right could always use more votes… especially since that will lead to at least on special render for everyone, featuring the winner of that poll. (Current results in there are a bit unusual as well, I must say.) Anyway – I will be back in a day or two with the first public preview of the new mini-set for December, so do check back for that! Merry Xmas – LITC chapter three, “Elf Hunting” free release!

Hi again. Merry Christmas everyone – I know it has been rough getting here this year! As some of you have probably guessed based on last year, I am going ahead and freely releasing chapter three of LITC today for everyone as a bit of a Christmas present this year… not least of which because 2020 was such a shitfest and I think everyone could use a little something to help ease that pain – so here that is. 😀

The basic summary of the plot is that in this chapter, Helenya captures the pregnant half-elf from the previous chapter, and has a bit of fun with her (partly for fun, and partly to get some lust energy) before bringing her back to join the other girls that the succubus has gathered. Check the tags on this post for an idea of what is in this set, and the download link is at the bottom of this post, after the ‘Continue reading’ break. (The password to the archive is still “redleatherart”.)

Also, please keep in mind that this story set is almost two years old by this point… so obviously these older renders are not quite as nice as my more recent works. I do hope to get back into working on these soon – but we will just have to see what happens; I simply have not had the time lately for anything but the side renders and mini-sets. (Or much support/interest…) I will see what 2021 brings – but I plan to try and make a few changes to some things as it is… maybe that will help things get a bit better. I am of course aware that 2020 has been a total mess for most people, and therefore not a great gauge of much – so it is what it is.

New Xmas side renders posted, end of 2020 commission sale!

Hey again. Sorry this is a bit late, but we had that big winter storm come through the Northeastern US mid-last week, and that pushed everything in my schedule back a bit. (I had migraines almost every day last week due to that – and still not doing great, really.) It took a bit longer than I had hoped, but at least these were done a few days before Xmas, and therefore in plenty of time. Go ahead and check out my Slushe/DA pages for those new side renders, if you haven’t already; I am in the process of posting them now, but I assume they should already be posted by the time anyone reads this. Also, on that note – Merry early Xmas, Happy Holidays, etc. – just in case I don’t get to post around then as planned. I also want to remind everyone that there is a special poll over there on the right – to decide who stars in a bonus image I will make early next year… so do vote in those polls over there as well if you have not done so already. (More votes, better results – possibly even multiple results.)

Status update: 12/12 – Working on it.

Hi again. I just wanted to come by with a small update, since it has been over a week since the last one. I am still working on the mini-set renders – but I plan to take a small break from that and do the side renders over the next three or four days; although we will see how that works out. The weather here has been a mess still, and I have had a fair few headaches… but I will see how things go; I will do the best I can, as always. Polls on the right could use more votes, as usual too – so check those out if you haven’t already. More votes in the special poll leads to better results… so there is that.

Also, I still have not gotten around to posting/updating new stuff on all those other pages yet… sorry about that. I know it sounds odd to anyone just reading this, but doing all the social media/email/networking stuff for your art is basically a separate job in and of itself – and is extremely draining… and I would rather put that energy towards actually making stuff. Hopefully I will have something to post mid-next week or so… but we will see. I also am somewhat considering a holiday commission sale or something – but I have not decided on that yet.

Side note – for anyone that has not yet purchased/tried Cyberpunk 2077, I would say don’t bother; at least not any time soon. (Wait for major improvements, or a significant sale.) I played the first few hours last night, and was pretty unimpressed at the result of eight years of AAA development – there were bugs everywhere; and not just graphically… I saw sound bugs, AI bugs, animation bugs, quest bugs, a ton of vehicle bugs, and much more. There are also many design decisions that I just do not agree with at all – and I have no idea how it got past any sort of quality check. (The messy phone system, police that instantly spawn behind you, very questionable weapon balancing, etc.) If anyone else out there remembers the shitfest that “The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings” was on release – then you probably know what to expect here. Everything feels rushed, and I can’t help but look at almost every aspect of this game and see a simple way to have done it better. It is really just like Witcher 2 in that regard… almost no two things put together make much, if any sense – and it is quite odd and sad to see that mistake repeated. (Especially since “The Witcher” is still one of my top/favorite games.)

The game also seems to be rather shallow in terms of choice, (most don’t matter at all) and the game has a fairly bad case of “consolitis” – which is to say, it feels like it was intentionally dumbed down and stunted to play better on consoles… at the expense of PC players. Also, with this many bugs – it feels like a game that needed to be delayed for at least half a year, but wasn’t… even though it was; I can’t imagine how they let the game release in this state. The game is effectively a mash up of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Shadowrun: Hong Kong (or any of the recent ones), GTA 5, and Witcher 3 – except with a significant loss of quality on all fronts. It’s ok, and still fun… and isn’t straight up bad or anything – but it definitely isn’t GOTY material as some (likely paid) people are saying… but maybe they can fix most of the simpler problems with post release patches. Sorry if you don’t care about this, or somehow disagree with me – but I just do not see how you can’t help but be disappointed with that game as it was released, after all the promises, hype, and eight years of AAA time/money put into it. I thought CDPR learned their lesson after the public hated what they tried to do with Witcher 2 initially – primarily since Witcher 3 was pretty good and fixed most of the problems they created in Witcher 2.

Last polls of 2020, and the results from last time.

Hey, hey. I have returned with the last two polls of 2020 – as well as the results from the last set of polls, for what those were. Last time, the first poll asked if you were looking forward to more short stories from me – and two of you were, and one was not… so a generally positive reception, which is nice. The second poll last time asked about how much cum you prefer in adult scenes – and the answers provided agreed on ‘a moderate amount’, which is helpful to know – since that is generally what I aim for.

As for the new polls, those are up over on the right of this page as well – and the first one is a *Special Poll* that I am throwing in for the holidays and/or the end of 2020… (because why not… and fuck 2020) in which you can all vote for your favorite amongst all my main female characters, (but you can vote for your top THREE – 3, so please do that) and the winner will get a bonus render made and posted for everyone sometime early next year. If there are a significant number of voters in that poll, I may even do renders of the top two or three winners – who knows. (If you don’t know much about my characters, and would like to learn more, check my ‘Characters’ page, here [https://redleatherart.com/wp/?page_id=5] for some basic information about each of them!) The second poll that is up right now is a strangely simple one, that just asks if you prefer SFW, NSFW, or explicit adult art – so please let me know about that as well. (Never hurts to check… especially as some of my non-explicit stuff tends to do rather well.)

November mini-set preview posted!

Hey. I am back one last time this month, with the first preview for the new mini-set for November… which features the curvy MILF alchemist Faye and some lusty tentacles! It has been far too long since I did a tentacle mini-set… and no, the vines from the mini-set two months ago don’t count. Also, it was Faye’s turn to star in a mini-set… and so everything just worked out nicely. (I also wanted to bring back the “Box o’ Tentacles” from a few previous mini-sets… a concept that I have refined over time – and rather like.) I think this will be quite fun, and I really like it already, and I hope you all like it as well! 🙂 [EDIT: Second preview added!]

As for the story/setup, it is a bit more simple this time – to help counterbalance the long one last month. But it is still a few paragraphs, so I have put it after the ‘Continue reading…” tag below – click that to see the preview/setup story!

Fourth short story, “Zayla’s Nightmare” – is here!

Hi again. I know this is a bit late again, but it is what it is; 2020 has been a mess all around for most everyone. I just sent out main rewards to my patreon patrons, as well as the second preview for this latest mini-set with Zayla and Nightmare Salune, which ended up being my largest yet – at 70 images! (A lot of alternate angles in there, but still impressive.) I did also get all that I wanted/planned to put in with this mini-set; including the end scene that I usually have to cut due to lack of time – so that really is something. I also tested/discovered a lot of new stuff making this mini-set; which will come in handy later… the tags on the post for the mini-set may give one clue regarding that. I rather like how it all came out – and hopefully most of you will as well!

I did also finally finish my fourth short story, which goes with last month’s mini-set (Zayla and Nightmare Salune) and it is after the ‘read more’ break below! (As with prior short stories, there may be a few minor issues here and there, but I will check it again tomorrow… or maybe Monday – I am far too tired to fix it now.) As far as length goes, it is a good bit longer than my first and third short stories, but nowhere near the length of the second – a bit over 4000 words… so, a good length, I hope. I have also re-posted the one preview for the mini-set below with the story – and the second preview will join it in a few weeks. I really hope that some people out there read this and enjoy it! 😀
