New DA stuff posted, commission sale!

Hey again. I have just posted the new DA images – two of which are brand new and quite fun; one of which I am particularly proud of how it turned out. (New Toy.) Sorry this took a few days longer than I estimated – but I have had a moderate catastrophe to try and deal with… which is not looking good at all – and still has yet to be concluded, so my drive and creativity has been drained in no small part due to that.

Quick side note, I am also changing how my $15 patreon tier gets mini-sets. Previously, I had set “reset” months – which basically encouraged people to wait until the last minute to sign up in order get the most out of it… which is just not fair for those who constantly support me; and a bit of a bad idea as well to be honest. So… as of March 1, 2019 – my $15 patreon tier will include the new mini-set from that month, and the three most recent ones… no more. So there will be no more resets; one new mini-set will be put in and one will be taken out each month now, to keep things fresh and fair. I will put the newly retired mini-sets on my oronjo page as soon as I can – but I have a ton of stuff to do right now.

Also, as the title of this post says – I am going to try having a moderate commission sale! Starting today and going on throughout the month of March, so long as slots are available (5 main slots, 5 waitlist) – I will be offering 15% off all commissions above the base price; and that does combine with existing Patreon and repeat customer discounts that I also offer… so this is quite the opportunity for some people. (I also have several Patreon commission tiers that will take the sale into account; and I did recently add a single-slot high end tier on there for either one commission of whatever you want so long as I can do it (cost irrelevant), or two customs that follow normal rules.) So if anyone out there has been considering getting a commission from me, now may be your best chance so far… and even if you weren’t considering it – maybe now you might! Check my commissions page up top for details, and feel free to ask whether or not I can or will do something. 🙂

Other than that, I will see what happens in these next few weeks… I may have just had a rather serious and annoying setback once again – but I will see if that can still be avoided. If that does not take a turn for the worst, I can focus on restarting work on the new game once I get the remaining voice acting bits set. Either way, I will be back with new polls in a couple days.

World Info/Lore page finally done; also another game preview.

Hi again everyone. I am back with the last post of this year; as you can tell from the title and probably see for yourselves, I have finally finished and posted the “World Info/Lore” page that is now available up top!

This page has a bunch of background information about assorted places and groups that are in my assorted works… that currently totals to around 7400 words, counting all sections. I know there are a at least few people out there that will be interested in this… and hopefully there aren’t too many grammatical errors and such in it; I am far too tired to read it all over again. (I will check it over again in a week or two.) I had to cut a few sections off a little early as it was getting close to the end of the year; but this should be fine for now – as many of the other places mentioned will not really be actively used for quite a while. (I really wanted to finally get this done this year, and I finally had the chance.) I may also add to and/or expand this a bit later… but we will see what happens and/or when.

Anyways, the new public preview for the game I will resume working on next month is below; this was available to my Patrons a month or two ago – as is one or two other previews that you all have not seen yet. (One is animated.) Hey again. Just a quick update – as the title suggests, I have just posted some new content into my DA gallery; so definitely check that out. (Two images are brand new!) I also posted that other audition I mentioned in hopes of finding some voice actresses yesterday, and it is here: https://www.castingcall.club/projects/assorted-adult-content. It is effectively the same as the other audition that I posted last week, just allegedly this site gets more traffic – and so hopefully I will get more interest. (I already have more auditions here than on the old one – after only one day as compared to a week and a half…)

Hey again everyone. I’m back with a status update for all of you; the most important part of which you can guess from the title of this post. Other stuff first though; I just sent out Patreon rewards a short while ago – the mini-set for last month ended up at 11 images, by the way. As for current plans, I hope to finish the new DA images in a few days and post those and then move on to the new mini-set as soon as that poll is finished early next week. After that we will see if I have time to work on new game content or what happens, but I was planning to take the last week of the month off due to the holidays and everything. (I am close to finishing one other new written bit for the site… we will see if I can get that totally done soon – I keep adding to it and forgetting to finish it.) Do vote in the polls on the right here if you haven’t already! 🙂

Anyway – I am sure you all noticed the title of the post; and I have gone ahead and started up an audition to try and find some new voice actresses! (I decided to use what time I had this past week to set up that voice acting audition and get all that sorted out to hopefully get that done sooner; as I have to leave it up for a month or so.) I have no idea how I got myself back together enough after that mess early this month to just go right back into this voice business again, but somehow I did. So, if by some chance you happen to be a voice actress (professional or aspiring) that does adult content… then perhaps you might be interested in maybe voicing one of my characters! So check out the audition listed below! (All of my female characters that are not currently taken are up for auditions right now – including the slave characters in the new game.)

I am really hoping that something good will come of this; but worst case, I just waste even more of my time. However, I was told a long while ago (by someone that had good voice actresses) that this forum was the place to go to get voice actresses for adult content… so I really, really hope things work out this time – as contacting several directly has mostly not gone well at all. (That last mess just drained me – but as I mentioned, I may as well get this audition started now; the sooner it starts, the sooner it ends.) I have no idea what will happen of course, but things seem promising so far. (At the very least, it cannot possibly go worse than last time; because I am not letting it get anywhere close to that level again.) Depending on what I can get, I may or may not adjust some future content (animations, games) to fit what voices I may have. Absolute worst case – I am stuck with only what i already have and I then have to figure something else out… but I have a feeling that I will get something from this at the minimum.

Special poll results, new polls, other news.

Hi again. So I have taken down the polls from last month and put a few new ones up. The results for the special poll were rather depressing – with a grand total of two votes, both for Faye. I have no idea why votes were so low this time around; but it does not bode well for next year – I will say that much. (I never did another contest because the first one didn’t get much legitimate interest; I do have several ideas for another one though, should that ever change.) I really would have thought that a free image set would garner more interest than this. However, I will make a four image mini-set starring Faye and post it a bit later this month… it will only be the bare minimum number of images this time since nobody seemed particularly interested. As for the other polls, the one condom one was a total tie, which is not helpful; but I am not a huge fan of condoms so that is not likely to happen anyway. (Nobody voted for the highly positive option – so that is my take-away from this one.) The last poll was also rather balanced in terms of results – but it seems to indicate that most of you would be interested in having more information about characters you like – or at least not opposed to it.

As for the new polls, the first one asks what your favorite adult game type is, and please pick three (3) – just to check that again a few years later and see what has changed… if anything. The second poll asks how you feel about the music in adult games – so let me know; as this will be used rather soon potentially. The third poll asks how you feel about pregnancies in adult games… so let me know about that also if you would.

Other than all this, I am currently working on the event images for the game as well as some of the coding bits for the random character generation thing. (I apparently need to add bits to it to get it to work the way I want and do all that i need.) So rather than have anything playable in a week or so; I just hope to have an event preview or two before then for my Patreon patrons. (As noted previously, there would not have been much to it at this stage anyway – plus, more people get to enjoy the event previews; so I think this will work out better for now.) I will continue to work on this and hopefully have something together for next month; for those patrons of mine that get access to the beta versions. I will also post one of the character previews here a bit later this month, we will see what else I have by then. I may also post LITC 1 publicly next month; but that is up in the air still. (I might have a little side thing for my patrons soon as well, not entirely sure just yet; I am working on several smaller things on the sidelines.)

Also a warning – my Patreon mini-set list is going to reset starting next month, so this is the last month to get the full set of currently offered mini-sets; which will be eight (8) total once rewards for this month go out in a week or so. So if anyone out there wants access to this batch of mini-sets before most of them are retired to my oronjo shop, now is the time to get them from my Patreon.

Hey again. So as the title suggests, I have finally found a place to sell my old mini-sets, and in theory everything is set up and working… I hope. I have listed all my old mini-sets on oronjo and priced them according to number of images and quality (aka age); as well as whether or not it has a story element to it. Unlike most online content stores, in theory I get the majority of the revenue from this; so the prices are low partly because of that and partly because I wanted to be reasonable. (Many other artists sell old Patreon stuff at whatever full price was back at the time.) There are also a few bundles of some of the really old mini-sets, so you could get a bit of a discount if you buy those bundles instead of buying the mini-sets individually; and if the bundles prove popular, I may make bundles of the other mini-sets as well. (The oldest mini-sets are only available in a bundle; and that bundle includes a very old 24 image story set with Karen and a beastman.) The actual product listings themselves are rather basic… but I just assume that anyone interested enough to actually buy any of them already read the post on the site about it and/or can guess what it contains.

I hope to be back in a day or two with the mini-set preview; but as mentioned previously, I am a bit behind for assorted reasons – but I am doing what I can.

Poll results, new polls, Patreon mini-set reset.

Hi again. First off, as you can probably guess from the title, I did reset the Patreon mini-set list starting this month; so only the most recent three will be included when main rewards go out around the 13th or so. (This only applies to the mini-sets for the $15+ tiers; all other content is still included.) I may also adjust a few other things on my Patreon page in the coming weeks, but I don’t have time to fiddle with that at the moment. I did add a new game preview gallery up top by the way, just for convenience; it has the public previews from the old micro VN from last year and the new game in one easy to find place.

As for the polls, the results from last time were rather surprising actually; particularly the voice over poll. As expected, full voice over got one more vote than the other two leading options, but what amazes me is that one of those second place options was that voice work isn’t necessary. Of course I know this to be true, but I didn’t really expect anyone to vote for it here; so the honestly and/or realistic answers were greatly appreciated. I am still looking into this idea, and any real progress seems a long way off, if ever; but if I can get anything it will of course be little snippets and/or SFX for the adult scenes… getting full voice over would be great of course but is unrealistic at this stage for many reasons. The other poll asked about the most important part of an adult scene, and somewhat surprisingly the highest voted answer was the story/setup of the scene, followed by the characters involved… followed by a three way tie for content types, the scenario, and the visuals. (Audio got no votes and dialogue got one as well.) This is good to know, and I hoped to get more votes in this poll; but oh well I guess… I will almost certainly repeat this poll in a year or so to see if things have changed and/or if I can get more votes. This will definitely get used when I design future scenarios.

The new polls are also up; one asks what you think of the galleries on my site so far, and the other asks if you project yourself into adult content. Which is to say, do you imagine yourself as part of a scene when you view it, or do you simply appreciate it as it is with the characters involved? (I saw a small article on this somewhere, figured it would make a fun poll.) So please vote in those and let me know your feelings on this as well.

As for my status on fixing the story set, I think I have fixed it; and it seems that something I added to the scene was the cause of it eating so much memory – still not totally sure on this and I have no idea what it was if so. Regardless, I am trying to work in an additional small scene into this first chapter and I am desperately trying to keep it small and not go all in again. We will find out if that was successful sometime next week… so I will see you then!

Hey again. It has been a while since my last post, but for good reason; I went over the entire game last weekend and re-balanced pretty much everything, meaning that it is actually good enough to leave beta now! (I know I said it would be another month before, but I was not planning to do a full re-balance and wanted to avoid it if possible, but for assorted reasons I just did it.) Everything I wanted in the base game is included except one thing in particular I wanted to include that I could not get working in the way I wanted; but if I figure that out in the coming weeks I can always update the game and add it back in. There is so much stuff in this game I cannot even begin to list it all here, but check the tags for an idea of what is involved. (That tag list of content types is not all inclusive, just FYI.) I have posted a handful of event previews before, and some of those are re-posted below along with one new one. The game itself is available to my patrons, at the $8 tier and above. Patreon page updated, open for commissions!

Hey again, I just came by to give you all a quick update and make two semi-major announcements. Instead of working on the main content for the month so soon, i decided to take care of all the clerical stuff that needed doing. (Still working on updating one other thing, so it’s not mentioned here.) As the title suggests, my Patreon page has been updated slightly; and I have cut out a lot of the body text that used to be there in addition to updating the reward tiers. Most things are the same, but I had to make a few minor edits due to this new game being done soon(ish) and some other content that I am planning to try out in the near future. The other announcement is of course that I am giving commissions a test run, to see how that goes. Yes, technically commissions were available on my Patreon as a higher tier reward, but now there are other options as well as the Patreon tiers. (Though those are still the best deal overall.)

Check the commissions page up top if you are interested, there are other offers on my Patreon page and my DA page as well. I have no idea how long I will do this and/or if it will even work out; but I wanted to give it a shot. In other news, the poll is going rather well; but more votes is always a good thing. Some stranger options in the poll are doing surprisingly well; but there is still time for everything to change, so vote now if you haven’t yet! Otherwise, check back later this week for some other update; likely the mini-set preview and/or another small content update.

RLA first anniversary short story contest winners!

Hey! So it’s that time where I announce the winners of my first short story contest. First, I want to thank everyone who submitted an entry, and remind everyone to not take it personally if you did not win. I enter dozens of contests on DA and the like, and I have only won once. So if you did not win, please do not feel bad; there are always other contests. Also remember that all contest judging is subjective; everyone has likes and dislikes, but I tried to be as fair and objective as I could be here. Just to debunk a quick myth/common misconception here: I did not do this contest to get ideas for my image sets, I was doing it as a fun anniversary idea that required participation. I seriously have enough story arcs/sets lined up to keep my stuff going for years; this contest was just meant to be a fun chance for some of you to put your ideas forward.

Anyway, there were three entries that stood above the rest to me, using the criteria that I laid out on the contest page. So here are the top three with a short explanation of why I chose these entries. Just a reminder, first place gets ten-ish images, second place gets five-ish images and third place gets one (maybe two). Quick note here, when I posted the .rtf files, I did edit the entries to remove the non-story bits and put in the titles and authors names, so if I made a mistake somewhere please let me know and I will fix it as soon as I can.

First place: The Knight and the Naiad

I chose this entry for first place chiefly because I felt it was the best written entry of those submitted. The overall story idea isn’t too original, but the characters and story are very well done and it should appeal to fantasy and couples fans, as well as fans of pregnancy stuff. Though the end of the main sex scene is a bit vague, but he did this on purpose to leave me a lot of creative/artistic room to do essentially whatever I wanted with this should it have won. (Which was nice of him.) So I will see what I can do with this whenever I can find the time to do the images for these entries.

Surrendering Her Body

This entry got second place because it was a very well composed entry overall. Like the first place entry, this story idea wasn’t all that original either, however the entry did everything that I asked, and it got a lot of points for that. What got this entry second place was the fact that it was well balanced and well composed overall; which was the best thing to do to get as many points as possible according to the contest rules that I posted. It didn’t place first because I felt the first place entry was a better written story and I was a little weirded out by the possession thing, and there are some cheesy bits in the dialogue here and there. I am also not a huge futa fan, but I did not hold that against this entry; I mention this only to explain that this was not a bonus to me. The sex scene bits are well done though and cover the standard bases, and it will be interesting to see what I can make out of the things he wrote in here. As previously noted, this was well done overall. This entry should please futa fans.

Third place: Ambrosia of Fertility

The third place entry got a lot of points from originality. This was the only solo entry that I received, so it got a bunch of originality points for having the guts to even try that. I only referenced this option in one line in the contest rules, so it is nice to see that some people read though it all. This is essentially a solo/masturbation story and though there is no actual hardcore sex in it, it is well written and original. Bit of a surprise at the end of this one as well, so check it out.

So there you have it! Congratulations to all the winners and thanks again to everyone who submitted entries. As mentioned previously, the images for these entries likely won’t get done until next month or so as my back is currently acting up again, I have a lot of stuff to do this month, and I have to assemble my new machine later this week as soon as the RMA gets here. I have also sent out Patreon rewards for last month and hope to get a Patreon RTL 8 preview up something this weekend.
