Status update: 12/30 – Happy (early) New Year!

Hi again. I hope everyone had a nice Holiday/Xmas, despite things being rough for most everyone this year. Obviously, I don’t have anything new – but you can at least look at some of the old Xmas renders I made, among others. (At least, I assume so – I haven’t checked DA or my other pages in years at this point… it was just getting depressing since I haven’t had time to make new stuff; and honestly, keeping up with so many pages is quite draining in and of itself.) I have been super busy all around, with all kinds of life issues – including having a small leak in my house’s walls fixed that apparently was going for around 10 years.

The weather is still being a bit weird – flipping between freezing and almost 60 degrees F in winter… I dunno. It is what it is at this point – but I just have to deal with it; though it definitely does not help things with the headaches it tends to give me.

I hope to be back with another update next month – and we will see how things go all around; I’m basically at the point where I kind of know that I will likely not do much more here, if anything – so soon we will see if I decide to keep all these pages up for the next year… or what. It’s been almost three years since I made any new major/side renders – and it just seems like I never have the time/energy anymore, and I am not really convinced that things will ever really improve at this stage. Knowing that, It seems almost pointless to keep paying to host this page… but we will see. (I have a legacy hosting plan – if I cancel it, I cannot get it back at the price I have it at… which also complicates things; especially since I have been more or less losing/wasting money hosting this for years now.)

Anyway – I wish you all a Happy (early) New Year, and hope that things improve for everyone in 2026!

If you want to help support/motivate me in hopefully making more content, you can check out my redone Patreon page (which is just a tip jar at this point, for whatever that even means at this stage) here: https://www.patreon.com/redleatherart

Any interest, comments, follows, likes, votes, or support really does help. It is hard to keep making new stuff when nobody seems to care. Following me on DA/slushe/pixiv/twitter/whatever doesn’t cost anything – and that all does help spread the word about my work… so please consider doing some of that if you haven’t already.
