Hi. As you may have guessed if you saw my update on my site from last week, I unfortunately have not been able to work on anything yet. We had a tropical storm go by the northeast US last weekend, and I had really bad headaches for four days because of that alone… and then I got them again on Thursday until today due to the weirdly high humidity in my area. I am really hoping that all this wild weather crap is over now, and that I can make stuff for October – but this whole summer has been an awful mess overall for me. I hope you all have been doing better than I have. Really hoping I can do my usual Halloween stuff at the very least; I have been super busy and burdened with my weather migraines for months now – it has been quite annoying. We will have to see what the next several weeks have in store.

Hey again. I just wanted to check in quick and give a minor update. The past few weeks have been more of the same – hot and busy… so no real progress yet. The weather may finally be cooling down here, which is great – though there is a storm with heavy rains going by this weekend, so I am not exactly optimistic about the immediate future… but there may be hope for next week, we will see what happens. Regardless, I just wanted to check in and let you all know I am still around, etc. – some of my favorite artists have at some point gone MIA for a while, with no explanation… and I know that is very frustrating, so I really try not to do that. Thanks for your patience, either way.

Hey. As you can probably guess, I have not had time to really even work on renders this month – let alone finish anything; I have been super busy with real life stuff, and the weather has been mostly crap as well. Last week was one of the busiest weeks I have had in months, somehow – and I am just spent both physically and mentally; when I have trouble typing, and bump into things a lot, I know I am too out of it to do much. Forcing myself to work on anything now would be pointless, so I have little choice but to just wait; apologies to those who actually check this and have been waiting, but these past few months have just been a humid/stormy/busy mess all around – for a lot of people, it seems.

We will see what next month holds, but I will post a new poll in a few days at the minimum. With that in mind, this is the last chance to vote in this poll, so please do that if you haven’t.

Hi again. Apologies about the two week gap in posts – but I have been super busy with real life stuff these past two weeks – this week especially, and the weather has only just started to calm down again. (Today was the nicest day we have had here in months, and allegedly it will be nice for most of next week after Monday.) Obviously, I still have not had any real time to work on renders or anything – but I do have some ideas in mind for a few things… we will have to see how the remaining time in August plays out. I am rather tired at the moment also, but hopefully by Tuesday I will be able to work on some of this stuff again, if all the various contributing factors allow it – we will see what happens.

Hey. Again, there isn’t much to say really – which is why there has been a gap in updates again; I keep hoping for the weather to not be crap, and until today, it just has not happened. Unfortunately, I am only just now free of prior/other obligations, and I barely have one day left in the month, which is not enough time to do anything; plus, I am just completely spent as it is from this past week – it was just a mess all around, and my headache is worse just thinking about it.

Adding to that mess last week was Patreon actually coming out of nowhere and flagging my page as adult again for no real reason – due to one year and a half old post and the banner I had been using (Visitor part 3); both of which were there when it was reclassified the first time. There was no direct/explicit nudity in either image, and my requests to the moderator to clarify what the problem actually was, and/or specify the nudity were ignored repeatedly – so I changed the banner to something even more suggestive, in my eyes; with the exact same character, in the exact same outfit – just now with better lighting… and apparently this is fine somehow. (The other post I just had to cut the mega link to a free thing, apparently – which I am not sure is even a thing either; that is not directly specified as a violation of anything that I can find either.) I am so disgusted with Patreon at this stage – both for using and then screwing over 18+ creators when they no longer thought they were needed, and also for their nonsense moderation system… which sadly seems to be a thing in most places now; but when I can honestly say that DA’s moderators were more reasonable/intelligent than Patreon’s, something is just so intensely wrong about that. However, DA did reverse the removal of one of my renders that was flagged as porn for no reason – and Patreon refused to even explain their position with this latest thing, though at the very least they did tell me what post/thing was the problem this time… which they did not do back in December when I had to gut my Patreon page. A minor improvement, but at least it is something, I suppose.

Anyway, I am really, really hoping the weather forecast is accurate this time – the weather has been absolute shit here for over a solid month now, with barely two days of decent weather that I remember. Allegedly, things will be much better for a week or two now, so maybe I can finally get some render work done… but who knows anymore – this past week was the worst I remember in a very long time; 95% humidity, and 110 degrees F in the sun with massive storms every other day.

Once again, the poll could always use more votes – and do remember that you can vote for three characters.

I currently plan to keep this poll up still, and I have no idea when I will be back, or what with – so just stay tuned for something else next month. (If I had been able to stick to my planned schedule, July was an off month anyway – so next month should have some new something… and I am going to really try to get something new done in the near future if at all possible.) For those of you who actually read these updates, and/or checked this far, do look at the old/ex Patreon wallpaper below that I had to remove from my page months ago – so I do at least have something to post here for the moment… even if it is over six years old now. Hi again.  Sorry for the gap in updates, but things have effectively not changed – so that is basically why. The weather here has still been crap – super humid and stormy every few days, with the smoke from Canada blowing down every few days as well… such as today. I can’t get much done beyond what I have to on days where I have these weather migraines and such without doing anything to make it worse; and the past two months now have just been horrible. Not sure if its is just the wildfires or what – but I really hope it doesn’t stay this way much longer.

Hopefully I can get some time later in the month to make/post something, but we will have to see how things go. I am still around, and I want to get stuff done, but I am not going to put myself in worse pain to do so – that won’t help anyone.

Hey again. Once more, I am back with a status update at the minimum – since I do not have anything final to post as of yet.

I have had effectively no solid time to put towards renders and such for like two weeks now… and nothing I have seems good enough and/or done. (I still want a render or two to go with the short story thing as well, but I have not been able to do that yet.) I kept waiting to post something here/on my site until I was sure that there was just no way – and the air quality today is even worse than yesterday… so June is just a wash all around, really.

The weather last week here was super humid and rainy/stormy for literally a solid week and a half – and then for the last few days, the air quality is somehow worse than it was earlier in the month; it was 191 AQI today – super close to the 200 threshold, which is flat out dangerous. (From the Canadian wildfire smoke again.. and by the way normal AQI is like 10-35.) I had migraines most all last week, and now this week I have the horrible air quality to deal with – which is supposed to continue for a while again. Apologies, but this is literally the worst air quality in my area that I have ever seen, and some of the worst/strangest weather to go with it; life is just not cooperating at all lately, between this and other real life things I need to get done.

I really hope to have a decent batch of stuff to post soon if the weather and everything stops being awful for a decent while. I will do what I can, and we will see how  things are going by mid-July – I will be back with some kind of update here next month regardless.

Final note of June – at least someone finally voted in the poll… so thanks to that person; but more votes would really be nice. I apparently have to just leave it up again… and we will see what happens in July all around. I should be back in a week or two with a status update at the least, but who even knows anymore.

Hey. Just wanted to check in and let you all know I am still around; the main issue has been that the weather has been nuts this past few weeks.

Last week was the worst air quality I have ever seen in my area in my entire life, (it got to over 160 AQI – “very unhealthy”, from the Canadian wildfire smoke) and then the temperature flopped around after all the smoke was pushed out – and only now is it stabilizing again. I have made minor progress on a handful of things, but nothing enough to post – and I have a bunch of crap that I need to check/manage this month also. (Patreon is forcing some new shitty page update late this month, and I apparently may have to redo my page… again – not entirely sure yet; but nothing Patreon has pushed out in the last few years has been positive.) We will see what the next week or two holds… there is just no way to know at this stage.

Side note – still no votes in the poll… which is not helping my motivation at all. (Still not exactly sure why there are no votes either.) No idea when I will be back, or what with – if anything; real life crap takes priority, and I just don’t have the time/energy/motivation that I did a few years ago.

Hi again. May has been a mess – and I wanted to post a status update last week, but there wasn’t anything of note to say yet; so I kept pushing it back in hopes that I could finish something to post here… and unfortunately I just have not had the time/energy to do so.

I have a handful of things in progress, but the written thing isn’t finished and most of the renders aren’t either – the one with the most progress just feels like it needs more… it is hard to explain to people that don’t create content. (It is difficult if not impossible to get something to feel “finished”… as most artists always feel like they can do more/better.)

The only time I can get for extra stuff these days is late in the evening/night, and I have either been too tired, busy, and/or had my weather migraines most of this month… again. (The weather here is in the process of going from 68 to 90 degrees in two days – again.) Honestly, I barely had time to even look over much of this stuff this month, just due to being busy with other things. (You can probably tell by my lack of normal weekly ish updates.) I even had a minor relapse of that cold/flu thing from last month – but it only lasted a couple days this time.

No votes in the poll on the right either… not sure what is even going on here anymore, if anything. I will almost certainly just leave it up for another month – so I may not be back for a while, and there is no way to know what may get done when at this stage… or when. I really want to get something for all this done, but things just have not worked out that way for a while now.
