Hi again. So the new DA stuff is taking longer than I thought for a few reasons – including assorted render issues and my constant headaches from the weather going up and down 20 degrees every other day. Due to all that and more, earlier this week I started working on the main set for much of the time I have available and then taking like an hour at the end of the day to try and fix one of the DA renders and have that go overnight. I have one fixed for sure now… after having to replace the whole environment (which was having issues rendering properly); but I still have one more to fix and another to finish – if I even can get to that one. I will likely throw in a bit more time for those tomorrow if tonight’s attempt has something wrong with it – but I have at least one Xmas themed render ready… hopefully I will get the second one working within a day or so. (I would really prefer to get these done before Xmas and/or the weekend so people can see them at the appropriate time.) Sorry this is taking a while, but I really try to make the DA-specific images nice and a bit different from the stuff I usually make/post here.

I will likely just update this post when that happens, but I just came by to let you all know that I am working on both the DA stuff and the story set… just there is still work to do for both. In the mean time, the polls could use more votes and happy early holidays!

EDIT 12/23: New DA images are up – including two new Xmas themed images; check them out if you haven’t already! I plan to take the next two days off to relax and recharge a bit, but I wish all of you a merry Xmas and I will be back with a status update sometime next week. 🙂

December Patreon mini-set preview is up!

Hey there. Sorry this is a bit later than I would have liked, but I hit a wall with the new DA stuff and switched to the mini-set for a while in hopes that I would think of a way around those other issues. (I wanted to post this last night but I saw a clipping issue in the preview and had to re-render it last night.) Long story short, two of the new DA images are still a work in progress for different reasons, but I am basically done with the new mini-set for this month; the topic of which was voted on by my mid level patrons! (Sort of… the vote tied so I picked one of the two winners.) I decided against the modern themed set, as I think that would be better served as a mini-story set and/or held off until more people are interested in it; which is to say I went with the (hopefully more appealing) fantasy option.

So the preview is below and the theme/pitch for this one was Helenya pretending to get trapped in order to entice some of Zayla’s minions to fuck her. (She needs to find ways to keep it interesting/exciting; since she fucks them literally every day and some grow hesitant to do her again.) As shown in the preview, Helenya has transmuted some rubble together with magic and appears to be stuck in an extremely compromising position – and her fake cries for help have attracted the attention she was hoping for; which leads to her getting banged fairly hard… just like she planned/wanted. It was as much fun to do as I was hoping it would be; and I really had to try hard to stop it at seven images. (It may actually be eight, I’m not totally sure – a couple renders are not finished yet as I am back to working on the new DA stuff; I will come back and render those a bit later – but as usual the total may go up anyway as I have a bad habit of adding things, as most of you know well.) I still plan to get the DA images done within a few days – so I will be back with a status update whenever that happens.

Status update: 12/12

Hi again. So long story short, I am a bit behind where I hoped to be due to me losing all my usual spare time last Saturday and having a rough few days after that. I sent out this month’s Patreon rewards two days ago and the Patreon mini-set poll is also now over. I won’t say what won quite yet because it was a tie between two options, and I am too out of it right now to choose one – I will do that a bit later. (I will say that the options that tied were the modern option and one of the more interesting fantasy options – so it should be unique either way.)

I am still in the middle of rendering the new DA stuff, and things are going well enough, just slower than I had hoped. The plan is still to have all this and the mini-set preview posted before the start of next week or so; and I am going to try and stick with that if possible. (It may go over a few days, but whatever – I also plan to stick to one scene in the story set, so it should be ok.) The polls are going well enough; but more votes is always good, so keep voting and check out all my preview galleries and/or free older story sets linked in the tabs up top if you haven’t yet! I will be back in a few days with something – either the new DA stuff and/or the mini-set preview.

More poll results, and two new polls!

Hey. I hope you all liked that new animation and I am back as I said with the last poll results and two more polls! Last time in the one poll, people seemed to really like the galleries overall, so I will keep doing those. The other poll was a bit more scattered; but it seems like some people do project themselves into adult content if they like it enough – but some also never do. So that is a bit more vague; but still good to know, and thanks to all who voted in those. I have two new polls up now on the right; one asks how you feel about holiday themed adult content, and the other asks how much attention you pay to male characters in adult content – as opposed to female characters. I am of course very interested to see how these go and while one might have more immediate results than the other, I do use these poll results to help me decide things in the future; so please vote in these and let me know your thoughts!

Other than that, I am hoping to get the new DA images done later this week, then do the mini-set for this month next week (after the poll for that gets sent to most of my patrons ends, that will get sent out in a few days)[EDIT: the patreon mini-set poll is up now, available to my mid level patrons though next monday]; and then after all that is done, work on the next story chapter for LITC.

New Lucia animation!

Hi again. Sorry this is a day or so later than I had hoped, but good news; I made a new animation featuring Lucia and a tentacle! I was planning to post this last night and I was just about to do so when I looked closely at a tiny error that I was already aware of, which made me notice a much larger mistake that I just had to fix. (There is a lot more to consider when making animations, as opposed to still images.)

(https://www.patreon.com/redleatherart) I quite like this animation; and I had planned to do one of Lucia for a long time but I just did not get around to it until now. (The game ate up most of my time earlier this year in terms of content/work.) I do hope to do more assorted animations in the coming months; and of course any comments/support would greatly help with that. (I like to think that I am getting better at these animations.)

Other than this, I will be back in a day or two with new polls and the results from the current polls; and I have all sorts of stuff planned for later this month; (including a special patron-only poll to decide the mini-set) so check back soon!

November Patreon mini-set preview is here!

Hey again. I am back with a spiffy new preview of this month’s new mini-set for my mid-level patrons; a new solo set featuring Lucia! I haven’t done a solo set in a while… and I felt like doing something with Lucia again and her last three mini-sets were pair scenes, so it was a perfect match; and I think it came out really nice, too. Lucia is relaxing in the woods and has some “alone time” with some toys of interesting shapes and sizes. It is currently six images, but that may go up as per usual.

A quick reminder here, I am going to do a Patreon mini-set poll early next month to let the patrons who get access to these mini-sets decide what next month’s mini-set will feature; and I try to have a nice variety of choices available – even including other settings, not just fantasy stuff. I may or may not start using the new poll system I have been considering for this and future mini-set polls; but I am still not 100% sure on that yet, so that is still in the air. The next chapter of LITC with also get done late next month; and I hope to keep that set at the appropriate size this time. A few new DA images will hopefully get done early next month as well, for those of you who check there. As for more current plans, I am working on a new animation right now; and I will have that ready sometime next week – I won’t say what it is yet. Other than that… the polls on the right are going well enough but could use more votes – so check those out if you haven’t yet.

Hi again. I just came by to post a little update since it has been a week or so since the last one. I sent my main Patreon rewards out last night, which was a bit later than I had hoped but that was mainly due to assorted technical problems and the fact that I expanded the story set to 52 images somehow. (This should not be considered normal, this is the exception in several ways; as I said before I was trying to make it special as it is the first chapter of the new story arc and I went overboard again.) There may be one or two tiny issues left that I may fix for next month, but I think it is quite good and hopefully those who see it will agree.

As for other news, I plan to update my Patreon page a bit in a day or two (adding one new reward, some other small changes); (EDIT 11/19: I have added a slight commission discount to all my main Patreon tiers, increasing with higher tiers; I also added that ko-fi button on the right of this page, if either of those interest anyone.) and I hope to have either this month’s new mini-set preview ready mid-next week or maybe a little something else for the off month from story sets. In terms of next month, I will do another Patreon mini-set poll to decide the subject of that mini-set; so there is that if anyone is interested. (The mini-set for last month got expanded to ten images, by the way.) I have assorted other irons in the fire and such; but I have no idea when any of that will be ready. In the mean time, please vote in those polls on the right, and I will be back sometime next week with some kind of update.

LITC chapter one, “Matt is Missing” previews posted!

Hey there, sorry this took so long – but that is probably no surprise. Long story short, Life in the City (LITC) chapter one is basically done (again), I just came by to post the previews now as it has been longer than I had hoped as it is. I ended up redoing almost half of the set for assorted reasons, (some renders took several tries) and I still plan to add 2-3 more images and redo the ending in the next day or two, mostly because of all that I added in already. So that means that everything in the chapter is a bit more refined now; and I quite like it. I spent all the time I had this week redoing the renders and all of today redoing/rewriting the story images.

The story set is over 40 images now, both with clean and story versions as before; and it will get sent out to appropriate patrons of mine starting early next week – likely Monday or Tuesday. I ended up changing two of the preview images for assorted reasons, but I think this is better than it was before; it shows off the main scene and then the side scene quite well I think. This chapter kicks off the new story arc with a bang of sorts; as it is effectively a double chapter as I used to make long ago even though I likely shouldn’t do that. This first chapter introduces one established female character to the main story as well as a brand new female character – and her bio is already up on the characters page; though as with some others, some bits are left out for story reasons.

As for the actual story itself, the content scenes deal with James meeting the temporary guild-mistress at her potion shop while looking for Matt and then Tabitha makes a new friend while waiting for him at the guild hall. Also, as people allegedly wanted to see less clothing according to a poll I did a few months back; here is an attempt to cater to that – there is significantly less clothing in the scenes in this chapter.

As previously stated, I have no plans to release story sets from now on for free; which is not to say that I don’t want to, if I had enough support I would just give stuff out when it was done but as of yet that sadly is not the case so I am going to keep things as they are for now. I should be back late next week with some small update around the time I send out the main Patreon rewards message; I have several things planned but I will likely need a bit to recharge after redoing most of this set all week.

Poll results, new polls, Patreon mini-set reset.

Hi again. First off, as you can probably guess from the title, I did reset the Patreon mini-set list starting this month; so only the most recent three will be included when main rewards go out around the 13th or so. (This only applies to the mini-sets for the $15+ tiers; all other content is still included.) I may also adjust a few other things on my Patreon page in the coming weeks, but I don’t have time to fiddle with that at the moment. I did add a new game preview gallery up top by the way, just for convenience; it has the public previews from the old micro VN from last year and the new game in one easy to find place.

As for the polls, the results from last time were rather surprising actually; particularly the voice over poll. As expected, full voice over got one more vote than the other two leading options, but what amazes me is that one of those second place options was that voice work isn’t necessary. Of course I know this to be true, but I didn’t really expect anyone to vote for it here; so the honestly and/or realistic answers were greatly appreciated. I am still looking into this idea, and any real progress seems a long way off, if ever; but if I can get anything it will of course be little snippets and/or SFX for the adult scenes… getting full voice over would be great of course but is unrealistic at this stage for many reasons. The other poll asked about the most important part of an adult scene, and somewhat surprisingly the highest voted answer was the story/setup of the scene, followed by the characters involved… followed by a three way tie for content types, the scenario, and the visuals. (Audio got no votes and dialogue got one as well.) This is good to know, and I hoped to get more votes in this poll; but oh well I guess… I will almost certainly repeat this poll in a year or so to see if things have changed and/or if I can get more votes. This will definitely get used when I design future scenarios.

The new polls are also up; one asks what you think of the galleries on my site so far, and the other asks if you project yourself into adult content. Which is to say, do you imagine yourself as part of a scene when you view it, or do you simply appreciate it as it is with the characters involved? (I saw a small article on this somewhere, figured it would make a fun poll.) So please vote in those and let me know your feelings on this as well.

As for my status on fixing the story set, I think I have fixed it; and it seems that something I added to the scene was the cause of it eating so much memory – still not totally sure on this and I have no idea what it was if so. Regardless, I am trying to work in an additional small scene into this first chapter and I am desperately trying to keep it small and not go all in again. We will find out if that was successful sometime next week… so I will see you then!

Status update: 10/30, Happy Halloween!

Hey again, Happy Halloween. Quick status update for you all here on the main site. I just posted the new DA stuff, and I think that came out nicely, so check that out. As for the upcoming story set though, I have decided to delay posting the previews of that another week or so for assorted reasons.

A long time ago, Patreon charged for monthly pages at the start of the month and only then; so I tried to get things posted shortly before that to accommodate the timing. However, for quite a while now, Patreon has allowed the “charge up front” option, which is to say that you can now pay to get in anytime, if the owner of the page has that enabled, as I do. So there really isn’t much reason for me to push so hard to post previews before the start of the month anymore; as I tend to go back and add/fix things regardless and nobody gets the full thing until main rewards go out a little after the 10th or so of the month.

Long story short, I made the renders and went to do the final text last night and found something to fix in a render, as I often do. However, when I went to fix it I was reminded of how large and messy this one major scene location is, and of the fact that this will be a major recurring location in the chapters to come. I see nothing but trouble with this as it is in the future, and though I did get it working for now I may not be able to later when more things are in the scene. So due to all this, I decided to go back and redo that half of the story set; which is ironically not the location of the main content scene in the chapter. The main scene is quite nice, and I really like it; but I can’t leave the other half of the chapter as it is – it would be awkward and crappy to have to change an established location later on due to my limited render memory. (I can’t just post what I have since the second setting itself may change entirely when I redo it.) So I will fix this in the coming week and redo that scene/location – and in addition to that I will see about adding in a mini-scene to that part of the chapter that I mentioned to my patrons both a while back and earlier today with more detail. Very slim chance that one of the new DA images I posted is a tease for that mini-scene.

Anyway, sorry for the slight delay, but I think it will all be fore the best in the end; I want this first chapter of the new story arc to be good and this really needs to be fixed now rather than later. I should be back with new polls in a few days though.
